The effective date for the validity of these terms is 11/08/2024, with the publication of a new version, all previous versions become invalid. E-commerce Software
Wix
Our online store is developed with software from Wix. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. Wix has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Wix is obliged, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Wix uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Wix reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve services.


Web Hosting
Wix

We purchase web hosting and email services from Wix. Wix processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Wix has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Wix is obliged to maintain confidentiality based on the agreement.


Email and Mailing Lists
Office365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our inbox, and we handle all our email traffic confidentially.


Payment Processors
Klarna

To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address and residence details, and your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and, in this context, share (anonymised) data with third parties. Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies if you apply for a deferred payment (credit facility). All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Klarna’s services for which they engage third parties. Klarna does not retain your data longer than is permitted by the statutory time limits.


Wix Payments

Trustpilot
We collect reviews through the Trustpilot platform. If you leave a review via Trustpilot, you are required to provide your name and email address. Trustpilot shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, Trustpilot may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with Trustpilot. They only use this data to invite you to leave a review. Trustpilot has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Trustpilot reserves the right to engage third parties to provide their services; we have given Trustpilot permission to do so. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the services for which Trustpilot engages third parties.


Shipping and Logistics
PostNL

If you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this data to execute the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also provides your data to these parties.


DHL
If you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with DHL. DHL only uses this data to execute the agreement. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also provides your data to these parties.


Printful
To process and ship your order, we use the services of Printful. Printful receives the customer's personal data from us, such as your name, address, and residence details, to process the order and ship it to the Netherlands. Printful uses the subcontractors Asendia and Latvian Post for this. These parties process your data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement. Printful has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and is obliged to maintain confidentiality. They do not use your data for purposes other than those described above.


Accounting and Bookkeeping
e-boekhouden.nl

For keeping our administration and accounts, we use the services of e-boekhouden.nl. We share your name, address, and residence details, and order-related details. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. E-boekhouden.nl is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. E-boekhouden.nl does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

General Purpose of Processing

We only use your data for our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time, other than at your request, we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data is not shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality under the terms of the agreement between them and us or by an oath or legal obligation.


Automatically Collected Data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (e.g., your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.


Cooperation in Fiscal and Criminal Investigations
In certain cases, Altum Fashion may be required by law to share your data in connection with governmental fiscal or criminal investigations. In such a case, we are compelled to share your data, but we will oppose it within the possibilities provided by the law.


Retention Periods
We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also consider it a request to forget. This also means that we do not retain your data longer than two years from the last contact or transaction unless there is a statutory justification for doing so. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced in response to your order.


Your Rights
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights regarding personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can exercise them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we send copies of your data only to your already known email address. If you wish to receive the data at another email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep a record of completed requests; in the case of a forget request, we administer anonymised data. You receive all copies of data in the machine-readable data format we use within our systems. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data in an improper way.


Right of Access
You always have the right to access the data that we (have) processed and that relates to you or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all the data, along with an overview of the processors who hold this data, to the email address known to us, stating the category under which we have stored this data.


Right to Rectification
You always have the right to have the data that we (have) processed and that relates to you or can be traced back to you, adjusted. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted to the email address known to us.


Right to Restrict Processing
You always have the right to limit the data that we (have) processed that relates to you or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.


Right to Data Portability
You always have the right to have the data that we (have) processed and that relates to you or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or transcripts of all data about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties to your known email address. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, as the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.


Right to Object and Other Rights
In appropriate cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Altum Fashion. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the settlement of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will make copies and/or transcripts of data that we (have) processed available to you and then permanently cease processing. In addition, you have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. Google Analytics
Cookies from the American company Google are placed through our website as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be required to provide access to this data under applicable laws and regulations. We have not allowed Google to use the analytics information obtained for other Google services.
